Tyler the Coach – Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone's time, the following cancellation policy applies to all personal training and coaching sessions booked with Tyler the Coach.
Cancellation Refund & Payment Policy
Cancellations are classified based on the amount of notice given prior to the scheduled session time:
✅ 24 Hours or More Notice

If payment has already been made: You will receive a full refund.

If payment has not yet been made: No payment is required.
⏰ Between 24 Hours and 1 Hour Notice

If payment has already been made: You will receive a 50% refund.

If payment has not yet been made: You will be invoiced for 50% of the session fee.
❌ Less Than 1 Hour Notice or No-Show

If payment has already been made: No refund will be issued.

If payment has not yet been made: You will be invoiced for the full session fee.

The timestamp of your message will be used to determine the amount of notice provided.
